3.Usually a bag of rice noodles and a bag of sauce.

4. Add a little water to the rice noodles and sauce and mix well

5. Drain the water from the potatoes, add a small portion of the mixed steamed rice gravy, and stir evenly.

6. Drain the water from the meat slices, pour the remaining steamed meat juice into the meat, stir evenly, and put it on the potatoes in sequence. On top, leave a hole in the middle of the bowl and sprinkle some sesame seeds on the meat.

7. Let the meat wrapped in flour rest for more than half an hour to allow the meat to fully absorb the flavor.Put it into a steamer or pressure cooker and steam until cooked

8.Soft in the mouth, fresh and delicious!
Tips
The meat should not be too lean or too fatty. When mixing the sauce, control the amount of water so that the rice noodles can absorb it enough. You can sprinkle with chopped green onions after the pot is cooked. My kids didn’t like it so I didn’t give it to them.
