White sugar ( half spoon ) | Starch ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make dried fish in tomato sauce

1.Chop onions, ginger and garlic and set aside

2.Add the sauce, Three tablespoons of tomato paste, two tablespoons of white vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of starch, and 5 spoons of water.Mix well and set aside.

3. Heat the oil, put in soaked dried fish, drain and coated with starch , fry until the foam reduces, but do not overcook.Remove and set aside.

4.Put in another pan, heat oil over low heat, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant , pour in the tomato juice, stir well, turn off the heat, pour in the fried dried fish, stir evenly, mix it out, and it is ready to eat.
Tips
Remember not to over-fry the dried fish, otherwise it will be bitter.Add the sauce first when you put it in another pot to avoid re-frying the dried fish.
