Lotus root: enhance immunity, antioxidant, anti-cancer and prevent cancer
Ingredients
Lotus root ( 1 section ) | Thin Meat ( 100g ) |
Garlic ( 1 ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Starch (appropriate amount) | Sugar ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Vinegar ( appropriate amount ) | Clean water ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) |

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Peel and dice the lotus root and soak it in water to prevent discoloration.

3. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, sugar and water to the bowl, mix well and set aside.(1:1:1 portion)

4.Cut the lean meat into small pieces.Add appropriate amount of starch and water, mix well and set aside.

5. Slice the garlic and finely chop the shallots and set aside.

6. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

7.Add in lean meat and stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked through.

8.Add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Add the diced lotus root and stir-fry for a while.

10. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

11. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry evenly.

12.Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

13. Add the shallots and stir-fry evenly before serving.

14.Sour, sweet and crunchy!
