How to stir-fry shredded beef

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Slice the garlic, shred the soaked ginger, and cut the pickled peppers and onions into sections for later use.

3. Wash and shred the beef, add appropriate amount of starch and pepper oil, mix well and set aside.

4. Cut the celery into small pieces and set aside.

5. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

Tips
Since bean paste and pickled pepper and ginger are relatively salty, there is no need to add additional salt!
