Ingredients
Fat Beef Roll (250g) | Enoki Mushroom ( 250g ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Sauce Juice ingredients: ( Dosage ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1.5g ) |
Starch ( 1 spoon ) | Clear water ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make enoki mushroom and fat beef roll bento

1.Prepare materials

2.Mince the garlic and chop the green onion
3.Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them into small florets and set aside

4.Take a piece of fat beef, add enoki mushrooms, and slowly roll it up

5.Make all the beef in turn

6.Adjust the sauce : Put 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1.5 grams of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of starch and 2 spoons of water into a bowl, stir well and set aside

7.Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add minced garlic and half of the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant

8.Add 1 spoonful of bean paste
9. Fry out the red oil
10.Add enoki mushroom fat beef roll

11. Fry until set and then turn over
