Small Spanish Mackerel (Two pieces) | Northern Tofu (300g ) |

Red pepper ( 10g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5g span> ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | |
water ( 500 grams ) | Mature vinegar ( a small spoonful ) |
How to make Bayu Shao tofu

1.Cut tofu into strips

2. Chop green onion, ginger and garlic

3.Wash the Bayu back and cut it into pieces

4. Heat the oil in a pan When it is 80% hot, fry the mackerel for a while

5.Control most of the oil out , leave some base oil for the fish

6.Add onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and laba beans , light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

7.Add sugar, chicken essence, MSG, and water to cover.Bayu

8. Bring the pot to a boil, add the tofu cubes, and simmer over medium heat for five minutes p>

9. After the juice is reduced over high heat, add some mature vinegar and sprinkle with chopped green onion
