Ingredients
Baby cabbage ( One tree (about 150 grams) ) | Dried yuba ( 80g ) |
Chaoshan beef balls ( 50g ) | Salt ( 10 grams ) |
Oil ( 30 grams ) | Garlic ( 3 capsules ) |
Ham ( 30g ) | Dried shrimp ( 15g ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook meatballs with baby vegetables and yuba

1. Cut baby cabbage into 2cm long, wash and set aside

2. Soak the dried yuba, wash it, remove, drain and set aside

3.Cut the garlic into small pieces and set aside
4.Cut the ham into thin slices and set aside

5.Heat a pan with cold oil, add minced garlic, dried shrimps and ham and stir-fry until fragrant
