Recipe of Braised Taro Pork Ribs

1.Wash the ribs, put them in a pot under cold water, bring to a boil and remove them

2.Prepare materials, onions, ginger, garlic, dried Sichuan peppercorns, dried chilies, star anise, rock sugar, taro

3. Cut the taro into cubes, slice the ginger and garlic, and chop the green onion

4.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add rock sugar, and fry the sugar color
