How to make sauced elbows

1. Finished product picture.

2. Wash the elbows and soak them for more than half an hour.

3. Put the elbows in the pot with cold water, blanch them and take them out.

4. Place the elbow into the pressure cooker liner.

5.Add onion, garlic, ginger powder and appropriate amount of water.

6. Pour in cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and dried chili pepper.

7. Add salt, chicken essence and rock sugar and mix well.

8.Cover the lid and press for 30 minutes.

9. When the time is up, wait for the air valve to drop and soak for another 1 hour.
Tips
