How to make fried squid rings

1. Prepare a squid, remove the internal organs and outer membrane, Wash, cut into circles and set aside.

2. Boil the water in the pot, add the squid and cook it until it changes color, then fish it out immediately.

3. Chop ginger, garlic, green and red peppers, and onions and set aside.

4. Heat the oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Tips
