How to make coconut chicken soup

1.The old coconuts bought in the market, find the three on top Make a hole, crack it open and pour out the coconut water.(The old coconut I bought has a dry skin, so there is some residue when the coconut water is poured out.Filter it several times with a flour filter.Coconuts are generally sold in supermarkets.I choose the old ones and use Let’s make the soup sweeter)

6. Boil water in a pot and add coconut meat , red dates, simmer over high heat for 20 minutes.

7.Add chicken and ginger slices.

Tips
Opening coconuts is a little tricky, so it’s best to buy the semi-finished products that have already been opened.
