Kelp and wolfberry pork ribs soup How to make

1. Prepare ingredients: wash the ribs Cut into sections and cut the kelp into appropriate size pieces.

2. Soak the red dates and wolfberries in advance, and cut the green onion and ginger slices.

3. Boil water in a pot and blanch the kelp for two minutes, then remove and cool it.

4. Blanch the ribs until they turn white, remove them and rinse them with warm water for later use..

5. Add enough water to the soup pot, add the ribs, green onions and ginger slices, and then Add two tablespoons of rice wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

6. Pick up the green onions and ginger slices and discard them, add kelp and continue to simmer for 20 minutes about.

7. Add red dates and simmer for 10 minutes.

8.Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and add wolfberry.

Tips
I used fresh kelp.If you use dried kelp, soak it thoroughly in advance.
You can omit it if you don’t have rice wine.
The red dates can be put in together with the kelp.In order to keep the red dates intact, I didn’t stew them for too long.
