Tips
1.If you don’t have Snow Meiniang pre-mixed powder, you can replace it with glutinous rice flour.
2.Fry some glutinous rice flour in advance and set aside to prevent sticking to your hands.
3.Mango and peach can be replaced with your favorite fruit.
4.Roll out the snow meiniang skin as big as possible.Don't put too much whipping cream.If you like the whipping cream sweet, you can add some powdered sugar in it when whipping.
5.It tastes better after being refrigerated.But don't refrigerate it for too long, otherwise it won't taste good if the skin becomes hard.If the skin is too hard to eat, bring it back to room temperature to soften.
