Ingredients
Chicken legs ( three ) | Shiitake mushrooms (appropriate amount) |
pointed Pepper ( Two stalks ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( An appropriate amount ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Star anise leaves ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stew chicken legs with mushrooms

1.Chop chicken legs into small pieces and blanch them

2.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add chicken, pepper and aniseed and stir-fry

3.Add cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry, heat water to cover the chicken

4.Add shiitake mushrooms and cover over medium heat for 25 minutes

5.Add pepper, salt and rice vinegar , use high heat for ten minutes to collect juice
