How to make pomfret with sauce

1. Prepare a bag of East China Sea pomfret and clean it.

2.Remove the tail and fins and cut into small pieces.

3.Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger slices, salt, ginger powder and allspice powder Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
