Hairtail ( 2 ) | Ginger ( 3 slices ) |
Scallions ( 2 roots ) | Vida cooking wine ( 30ml ) | Vida glutinous rice vinegar ( 45ml ) | June Fresh 10g light salt super original soy sauce ( 15ml ) |
Rock sugar ( 10 grams ) | Water ( 150ml ) |
How to make sweet and sour hairtail

1. Prepare the ingredients: wash and cut the hairtail into sections, slice the ginger, and cut the shallot into shreds
