Cooking wine , soy sauce, sugar, vinegar ( a little ) |
How to braise salted fish

1.Layu Soak in water and cut into pieces in advance

2.Heat the wok and stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

3. Pour in the cured fish and stir-fry, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and stir-fry until golden brown

4.Add a small bowl of water, a little sugar, a little soy sauce and a little vinegar, turn down the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes

5. Finally, turn on high heat to absorb the juice.I personally prefer spicy food and add it at the end.Order chopped pepper, serve and sprinkle with chopped green onion
