1.Chop hairtail into small pieces

2.Add a spoonful of cooking wine

3.A spoonful of flour

4.Catch and mix evenly

5. Bowl Add tomato paste, salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, and starch

7.Chop ginger and garlic

Tips Shi
