How to make shrimp and tofu stew

1. Rinse the shrimps with clean water and open the back to facilitate the flavoring.

2.Add an appropriate amount of salt, a small spoonful of pepper, and a small spoonful of cooking wine and mix well.

3. Cut two eggs and tofu into slightly thick slices.

4.Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the casserole.
