Recipe for Sichuan style roasted oyster mushrooms

1. Remove the old roots of the oyster mushrooms, tear them into small pieces and wash them.Wash the meat, onion, ginger, garlic cloves and garlic sprouts and set aside.

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes.

3. Remove the oyster mushrooms and put them on a plate.Press gently with your hands to squeeze out the water and set aside.

4. Cut the meat into small dices, mince the ginger and garlic cloves.

5. Heat the wok to 80% heat, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and add 20 grams of watercress.Sauce, stir-fry until red oil comes out.

6.Add in minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add in diced meat and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

7. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.Add a little sesame oil and stir-fry a few times before serving.

8. Place on a plate, mince garlic sprouts and sprinkle on top, and eat.
Tips
No need to add salt, the bean paste is salty.
The oyster mushrooms have been soaked in water and stir-fried for another 3 minutes to add flavor.
