How to make Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

1.I soaked the white fungus in water the night before and used it the next day

2.Soaked Tremella fuciformis and removed the yellow roots

3.Tear into pieces and add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat

4. Stew the white fungus for about an hour and a half.Add the washed lotus seeds and continue to simmer over low heat
