How to make Mapo Tofu (homemade hot sauce version)

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add Tofu, add a little salt, blanch, remove and drain

2.Get 2 tablespoons chili sauce

3. Add a little oil to the pot and add the chopped green onions., stir-fry the chili sauce to produce red oil

4.Add a little water, and Add tofu cubes

5. After the fire is boiled, reduce the heat to reduce the juice.Crush the peppercorns and sprinkle them on the tofu before serving.
Tips
Blanching the tofu cubes with water can remove the beany smell.There is ginger, garlic and salt in the chili sauce, so you can add less or less of it to the dish.To prepare the beef chili sauce first, you can refer to my previous recipe.
