Ingredients
Tenderloin ( 400g ) | Onion ( 1 piece ) |
Pepper pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Onion, ginger, garlic (appropriate amount) |

Cooking wine ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Oil ( Enough ) |
Recipe for authentic Northeastern pot-wrapped pork

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, Marinate with a little sugar for fifteen minutes.

Tips
