Water ( 40-45 grams ) |
How to make glutinous rice and dates

1. Wash and core the jujubes , try to choose Hotan dates with even heads and thick flesh.

3.Put the glutinous rice flour into a bowl and stir with chopsticks while pouring water

4.Live into dough

5.Take 2- 3 grams of dough, roll into the shape of a date core, thick in the middle and pointed at both ends

6.Add jujube , pinch it a little with your hands to let the glutinous rice balls stick to the jujubes

7.Make all the glutinous rice Dates

8. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil.Add the dates and steam for 15 minutes.

9.A plate of soft, glutinous and sweet glutinous rice dates is ready!
Tips
The jujube I bought was very sweet, so I didn’t add any seasoning.If you like it sweeter, you can drizzle a little honey on it after taking it out of the pot.
