Maggi Seasoning ( 80cc ) | Rice vinegar ( 50cc ) |
Brown sugar ( 3tsp ) | Water ( 100cc ) |
Lemon ( 5 pieces ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Millet pepper ( Adequate amount ) | Small green pepper ( Appropriate amount ) |
Garlic cloves ( A few ) |
How to make caramel pickles

1. If you can’t buy fresh dew, use light soy sauce + Fish sauce instead.
Wash the vegetables, shred the onions, remove the seeds and shred the peppers.
2. First cook water + brown sugar until it is caramelized, then pour in fresh dew and Boil the rice vinegar until it boils, then remove from the heat and let cool for later use.

3.Put the vegetables in an airtight container and pour in the cooled sauce.Cover all the vegetables, seal and store in the refrigerator.

4. It tastes great when eaten after 1-2 days.Pair it with a bowl of porridge, yummy !

1.Maggi seasoning should be sold in large chain supermarkets.If not, you can search on TB.
2.Refrigerated storage should not exceed 5 days at most, so don’t do too much at one time.
