How to make steamed anchovies

1. Prepare a fish

2.Drain the fish and lightly apply a layer of salt on the fish p>

3.Cut green onion and ginger for later use

4. Arrange the marinated fish on a plate, then sprinkle with shredded ginger, green onion and some fine sugar, drizzle with light soy sauce cooking wine, and then drizzle with a little peanut oil.
