How to cook mussels in French white wine

1. Soak the mussels in salt water and spit out the sediment.Use a brush to clean the attachments on the shell and remove the connecting mesh.

2.Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, peel and dice them.Wash and chop onions, garlic, and thyme.Butter is ready.

4.Add mussels to the pot.
