Recipe for nutritious quinoa rice (serves 6 people)

1. Add quinoa to water 1:2, cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, set aside.

2. Prepare all ingredients.Crush the carrots and cauliflower in a blender and stir-fry until cooked and soft.Add a small amount of salt and stir-fry during the process.Crush cashew nuts into kernels.
