How to make Xi'an Liangpi

1.Prepare ingredients : Starch, flour, your favorite dishes.

2. Add an appropriate amount of cold water to the basin, stir evenly with chopsticks, and there will be no lumps inside.The noodles are ready.

3. Pour a spoonful of the noodles into the cold skin, then let go and stir in the water Make a circle until the cold skin is solidified, cover the pot, and take it out when the cold skin becomes big bubbles.

4.Place the steamed cold skin in a basin filled with cold water until the cold skin is cold.

5. Use a toothpick to score the prepared cold skin, take it out and put it on the grate, one cold skin after each , you need to brush some oil.

6. Put the cold skin on the chopping board and cut it, then put it on the plate.

7.Put your favorite vegetables into the cold skin, add salt, aniseed water, and pepper Oil, MSG, stir well and serve.

Tips
The side dishes in our Liangpi here are not fixed, you can just put whatever you like.
After the cold skin is done, brush some oil on each one to prevent sticking.
