
Ingredients
Flour ( 500 grams ) | Yeast powder ( 4 grams ) |
Small Soda ( 4g ) | Bean Paste Filling ( 250g ) |
Sesame ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
How to make sesame cake

1.Put a little salt into the flour, mix the yeast powder with warm water evenly (high water temperature will kill it and prevent it from rising), pour it into the flour and stir it into a flocculent form

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for more than 2 hours.

3. After it rises, add baking soda and knead for about 20 minutes, and let it wake up for a while.

4. Prepare red bean paste, because it is bought ready-made, there is no need to add sugar.

5. Roll the dough into strips and cut into equal-sized buns (just about the same size as steamed buns) , not too big because the dough will expand during preheating)

6. Wrap the bean paste filling in seal.

7. Spread some water on the raw embryo and dip it in sesame seeds and fry it until cooked.

8. Spread a layer of oil in the pan and sear the front and back until cooked and ready to eat.
Tips
1.The raw embryo must be smeared with some water, as easy as dipping sesame seeds.
2.Put the dough into the pot and see it swell, then sear the front and back until cooked.If you have an oven, you can put it directly in the oven.
3.The yeast powder must be dissolved in warm water.If the water temperature is too high, it will burn it and cause the dough to fail to rise.
