Ingredients
Eggs ( 6 ) | Sugar ( Three portions (about 30 grams each) ) |
Four ( 150g ) | Milk ( 200g ) |
Corn oil ( 50g ) | |
Orange pulp, mango pulp (appropriate amount) |
How to make homemade cake

1.Separate the egg yolk and egg white, add corn oil, milk and a spoonful of sugar to the egg yolk, stir evenly, then slowly sift in an appropriate amount of flour, and finally mix into a paste

2. While the egg whites are being beaten, add the prepared sugar in three batches until they become fine and creamy

3.Pour the whipped cream into the egg yolk lake in batches, and use a spatula to turn it up and down to slowly incorporate it (remember not to stir clockwise)

4. Brush the rice cooker with oil and preheat for 2 minutes.Pour the mixed paste into the rice cooker and spread it in layers.Add raisins, orange pulp and mango pulp, and finally shake the pot three times to make air bubbles come out

5.Press the cake button on the rice cooker and steam it (don’t rush to open the lid after steaming, and then open it again after ten minutes)
