Ingredients
Eggs ( 4 ) | Low-gluten flour ( 45g ) |
Corn oil ( 40g ) | White sugar ( 40 grams ) |
Milk ( 40g ) | Lemon juice ( Five drops ) |
How to make original cake roll
1.Egg yolk and egg white are separated.

2.Add milk, corn oil, and sugar to the egg yolks, and stir thoroughly to emulsify.

3.Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there are no particles.

4. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in three times, and use an ACA egg beater Dismiss.

5. Beat until there is a large curved hook when you lift the egg beater.

Tips
Don't over-whip the meringue, otherwise it will crack when rolled up.
