High-gluten flour ( 350g ) | Milk powder ( 13g ) |
Fine sugar ( 40g ) | Yoghurt ( 100g ) |

How to make yogurt buns

1.Preparation materials, high-gluten flour, fine sugar, yeast, milk powder, salt, whole egg liquid, butter, yogurt and water.

2. Knead all ingredients except salt and butter.

3.Add salt and butter and knead evenly.

4. Knead until a thin film appears as shown below.

5. Place in a warm place to ferment.to 2 times larger.The fermented dough will not spring back when you poke it with your hand.

6. Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 16 equal parts.

7. Roll the dough into the mold and ferment it for 2 times.Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash and sprinkle with it.Serve with sesame seeds.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn to 170 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
