1.Weigh all materials and set aside.

2. Put the high-gluten flour, fine sugar and salt into a basin and mix well.Dissolve the yeast in water and pour it into the flour together with the egg liquid and stir to form a dough.Knead until the dough is smooth.

3.Put softened butter into the kneaded dough and continue kneading.

4. Knead the dough and butter until completely integrated, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap and put it in the oven Ferment at 30 degrees for about 60 minutes.

5. Ferment until the volume of the dough doubles.

6. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces, then cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minute.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.I rolled out 7 pieces to make a flower, (because The dough is too soft to make it round), fold it into a row, roll it up from bottom to top, and cut it in the middle to make a flower.

8. Repeat the previous step to make all the small dough into small flowers.Place in the oven to ferment at 30 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

9. After fermentation, take it out and brush the surface evenly with egg wash, and preheat the oven to 190 Bake for 20 minutes.

10.The rose is completed.
Tips
The dough easily retracts when you roll it out, and you can only pull it out a little, so it's not very round.I like it a bit older, so I bake it for an extra two minutes!
