Udon ( 200g ) | Beef tenderloin ( 180g ) |
Mushroom ( 50g ) | Green vegetables ( appropriate amount ) |
Carrot (appropriate amount) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
| Black pepper sauce ( Three spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Starch ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( one spoonful ) |
Recipe of stir-fried udon noodles with black pepper beef tenderloin

1. Cut the beef into shreds, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and starch, mix well and set aside (forgot to take a picture)

2. Shred the carrots, Wash the vegetables and mushrooms (I forgot to take pictures)

3.In the pot Add water to boil, add udon noodles, remove after one minute and set aside

4.Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the shredded beef, stir-fry until it changes color and set aside.

5. Add a little oil to the pot, heat it up, add mushrooms and stir-fry until half cooked, add shredded carrots, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry

6.After the carrots are slightly soft, add the green vegetables and stir-fry for one minute.Add the shredded beef, udon noodles and black pepper sauce and stir-fry

7.Finally, season appropriately, remove from the pot and plate O(∩_∩)O
Tips
1.Shredded beef It can’t be in the pot all the time, otherwise it will be very old
2.Don’t use too much black pepper sauce, otherwise it will be a bit bitter
3.You can replace the green vegetables with green peppers for a little more spiciness
