Purple rice ( cup ) | Glutinous rice ( One cup ) |
Rice ( Half cup span> ) | White sugar ( 35g ) |
Coconut powder ( 25g ) | Honey ( appropriate amount ) |
Water (appropriate amount) | Bread ( N slices ) |
How to make purple rice stuffed bread

1. Mix the three kinds of rice and wash them together the night before Soak overnight and use more water than usual for cooking.(If the weather in the south is hot, you can store it in the refrigerator)

2.Soak the rice and water together Put it in the rice cooker and press the cooking button.

3. Turn off the power and simmer the cooked rice for a few minutes.

Tips
