How to make matcha chocolate mousse

1.Use a mousse ring to cut off the cake.Cut 2 pieces from each mousse circle.

2.Wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil.

3.Ingredients for making chocolate mousse: light cream, dark chocolate, gelatin.

4. Soak the gelatine in drinking water until soft.

5. Pinch dry the water and soften it into a liquid state by insulating water.

6. Set aside to cool and set aside.

9. Beat the light cream to 6 minutes.Similar to yogurt.

10.Poon a spoonful of whipped cream into the chocolate and stir evenly.

12. Pour in the cooled gelatine liquid and stir evenly.

13.First put a layer of cake on the bottom of the mold, and pour the chocolate mousse batter.

15.Put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight.

16. Use a hair dryer to remove the mold.

Tips
1.This is the weight of a 6-inch mold, double the weight of an 8-inch mold.I made four small ones.
