How to make chocolate chip cookies

1. Butter is softened at room temperature.Beat with a whisk.

2.Add white sugar and powdered sugar.Continue beating.

3.Add egg liquid in batches.Stir well each time and add the next time.

4. After butter is whipped, its volume becomes larger and its color becomes lighter.

5.Sift in the flour and cocoa powder mixture.

6. Stir to form a uniform batter.Mix until there is no dry powder left.

7. Put the decorating nozzle into the cloth decorating bag.I use a medium 8-tooth decorating tip.Place a piping bag on a clean glass and put all the batter into the piping bag.

8.Tighten the mouth of the bag.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. It is best to have someone help hold down the parchment paper, or apply a layer of butter on the bottom of the baking pan to prevent the parchment paper from moving when squeezing the cookies.

9.Extrude the pattern you like.

10.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees up and down.Place the second to last layer on the baking sheet.Bake for 10 minutes.

11.After baking, take it out and let it cool.

12. Very crispy.
Tips
Don't add too much cocoa powder, it will be bitter. The chocolate chip cookies did not change color obviously and I was worried about burning them, so I took a full 10 minutes to bake them.
