Eight-inch chiffon cake ( one ) | Whipped cream ( 250 grams ) |

Gelatine tablets ( 5 grams ) |
How to make chocolate mousse cake

1.Eight inches Prepare a cake embryo (for detailed instructions, please see my recipe chiffon cake)

2.5 Soak gelatine slices in cold water until soft, chocolate and milk are ready!

9. Pour in the mousse paste and refrigerate for 4 hours!

Tips
The base of the cake can be made according to the recipe chiffon cake.It is packed in a lunch box for convenience.If you want to make it in a removable bottom mold, you must make a mousse paste.It should not be too thin.If it is thin, it will leak and become thick.Pimples will appear, so be sure to control the amount.The gelatin liquid should be warmed before pouring into the cream!
