How to make bean paste mooncakes

1.Syrup, water and oil, mix evenly

2.Add flour, knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1-2 hours

3. Divide the bean paste and dough into small balls

6.Sprinkle flour into the mooncake film and add the wrapped dough

Tips
I boiled my syrup myself, and mixed my water with alkaline noodles, with a ratio of 1 alkali noodles: 3 water.Oven temperature tools are determined by each manufacturer.30 grams of filling and 20 grams of skin.Everyone feels that too much filling is not delicious.Just apply a thin layer of egg yolk liquid, too much will make the pattern unsightly
