Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Butter ( 40g ) |
Powdered sugar ( 30g ) | Whole egg liquid ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Baking powder ( 1g ) |
How to make button cookies

1.Add powdered sugar and salt to softened butter.

2.Use an electric mixer to beat the butter at low speed until it is white and fluffy.

3. Add the whole egg liquid and continue to beat.

4.The whipped butter is fluffy.

5.Sift in the low-gluten flour and baking powder and stir evenly with a spatula.

6. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands and let it rest for 10 minutes.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 2 mm thick piece.

8.Use a cookie cutter to press out small circles.(If you don’t have a biscuit mold, you can use a large piping nozzle to press it)

9.Press it well Place the pancakes into the baking pan.

10.Use a medium piping tip to press out a small circle on top.

11. Use a toothpick to poke 4 small holes.Doesn’t it look like a button?

12.Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes..
