Salt ( 1g ) | Water ( 61ml ) |
Oil ( 22g ) | Baking soda ( 2g ) |

How to make sesame soda cookies

1.First add 61ml of water, sift in 150g of low-gluten wheat flour and 2g of baking soda

2. Stir slightly , add 1g salt, 40g powdered sugar, and mix briefly

3.Pour in 22g of cooked oil (cold ), sprinkle an appropriate amount of sesame seeds, and mix evenly with a spatula

4.Mix into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20 Minutes

5. Roll out the dough, fold it, roll it out again, and cut it into rectangles p>

6.Bake directly in the oven without preheating, heat up and down at 170 degrees for 15 minutes
