1.Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program for 10 minutes

2. Then add butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes

3. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation (about 40 minutes to 1 hour at 25 degrees)

4. When the dough ferments to 2~2.5 times its original size Dip your fingers in flour and press down so that the dough will not shrink back

5.Take out the dough and deflate it into a round shape again

6.Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular shape

7.To make puff pastry, put all the ingredients together and knead into a small round (melt the butter first and then add the others)

8.Put the pastry on the previously rolled dough

9.Fold the dough from all sides to just cover the pastry

10. Roll the folded dough into a rectangle

11.Align and fold from both sides

12.Fold it again and fold it into a rectangle

15.Use a rolling pin to align and prick a few rows of holes in the dough with a fork

16. Use a rolling pin to face the rectangular thin dough, and use a knife to clean it neatly Cut into several pieces.I cut them relatively large (0.5X0.6cm), but you can also cut them into smaller pieces.

17. Place the cut pieces on Spray less water on the plate and ferment at 25 degrees for about 25 minutes until the fermentation becomes about 1 times the original size

18.Put it into the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 13 minutes.
Tips
1.This biscuit is a little soft when it comes out of the oven.It will become crispier after being left for a while
2.If you like a darker color and a crispier texture, you can leave it longer but pay attention.
