How to make mushroom cookies

2.Mix the egg liquid and corn oil evenly

3.Put in the fine sugar and stir evenly with a whisk

4.Sift in low-gluten flour, cornstarch and baking powder
-

5.Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly, and finally knead it gently with your hands (do not over-knead the dough like steamed buns)
6.Pinch the dough into small pieces with your hands and knead it into a ball-

7. Dip a small lid into cocoa powder and press it (I used the tomato sauce lid)

8.Put it on the baking tray

9.Oven in advance Preheat for 5 minutes and bake the middle and lower layers at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes (if you don’t want the biscuits to color, you can cover them with a layer of oil-absorbing paper)
10.Take it out and let it cool (it will feel soft and not very dry)
Tips
I use corn oil, but you can also use butter! Let the dough rise for 15 minutes and it will be easier to shape!
