Cake flour ( 85g ) | Cranberry ( 30g ) |
Butter ( 45g ) | Egg yolk ( one ) |
Milk powder ( 10g ) | Powdered sugar ( 25g ) |

1.Prepare all the ingredients

2.Put the butter into an oil-free and water-free bowl, and sift in the powdered sugar

3.Then sift in the milk powder
