Small egg tart crust ( 20 pieces ) | Eggs (yolks) ( 3 ) |
Milk ( 100g ) | Whipped cream ( 100g span> ) |
Powdered sugar ( 20g ) | Condensed milk (optional or not) ( One spoonful ) |
Cake powder ( 15g ) |
How to make egg tarts

1. First take the egg tart shell out of the refrigerator until it melts.I forgot to take this picture, so I took 12 large egg tart crusts (but the recipe is the same)

2.Put the milk, whipping cream, and powdered sugar together into a container and melt them over water.

3.Sift in the cake flour twice.Stir evenly

4.In a container, put the egg yolks and stir evenly.

5.Add another spoonful of condensed milk and stir evenly.(It doesn’t look very good, friends, don’t mind)

6. Sieve with a sieve bucket.

7. First put banana slices into the melted egg tart skin.

8.Use a large spoon to put the egg tart liquid into the egg tart shell one by one.

9.After everything is poured, it will look like this.(You can garnish it with some black sesame seeds)

10. Place in the middle layer of the oven and preheat to 220 degrees.20 to 25 minutes.

11. Crispy and fragrant, the egg tart is ready!
