Unsalted butter ( 50g ) | Whipping cream ( 35g ) |
Cooked Egg yolk ( 1 (about 15g) ) | Cake flour ( 65g span> ) |
Corn starch ( 25g ) | Durian freeze-dried powder ( 10g ) |
Fine sugar ( 30g ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
How to make durian cookies

1.Add salt and fine sugar to softened butter and beat until fluffy and feathery

2.Divide more Add warm whipping cream one at a time and beat well

3. Add the sifted cooked egg yolks to the butter cream Beat well

4. Sift the flour, corn starch and durian freeze-dried powder into the mix.Mix the butter, cream and egg yolk mixture evenly using the cutting and stirring method

6.Put it into the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bottom is golden brown

1.Put the flowers in the refrigerator after squeezing them.This is the key to keeping the pattern clear and not disappearing.There are also cooked egg yolks to keep the pattern clear
