Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 400g ) | Four ( 300g ) |
Yeast powder ( 5 grams ) | Corn oil ( A small amount ) |
How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1.Preparation materials: Peel, wash and slice the pumpkin

2. Add yeast powder to the flour and mix evenly.

3. Heat the pumpkin in the microwave for 8 minutes and it will be cooked.

Tips
Heat the cooked pumpkin until it is warm and then mix it with the flour to avoid being too hot and scalding the yeast to death and preventing the dough from rising.There is no need to add water when kneading the dough.Pumpkin has a lot of water.If the dough is too thin or sticky, slowly add an appropriate amount of flour (because flour absorbs different amounts of water).
