Ingredients
Big mango ( 1 ) | Digestion Biscuits ( 95g ) |
Butter ( 30g ) | Yoghurt ( 350g ) |
Milk ( 100g ) | Sugar ( 10g ) |
Gelatine tablets ( 15g ) |
How to make mango yogurt mousse

1.First Weighing biscuits

2.Crush or roll with a rolling pin

3.Pour in the melted butter; mix well
4. Flatten it with a spoon and refrigerate for 15 minutes
5.Soak gelatin in cold water until soft

6. Cut the mango into small pieces

7.Put 2/3 into yogurt and add sugar
