How to make purple sweet potato yogurt mousse cake

1.Peel the purple sweet potato and cut into thick slices, steam in a pot for 20-25 minutes.

2. It is cooked if the chopsticks can penetrate it.

3. Add 20 grams of sugar while hot, crush it into a paste, and spread it on the Mold bottom.

4.Arrange strawberries around.

5. Add 30 grams of gelatine tablets to 450 ml of milk and melt over low heat.
